1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to InsyFeed ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms and Conditions," or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the InsyFeed website located at insyfeed.com and all related services, including our viral content calendar, trending topics discovery, Instagram story ideas, caption generators, bio tools, and other social media content creation features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use InsyFeed only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

InsyFeed allows you to create, upload, save, and share content including captions, story ideas, bio text, calendar entries, and other creative materials ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

5.2 License to InsyFeed

By submitting User Content to InsyFeed, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services and promoting InsyFeed.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable laws
• Your User Content does not contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive material

5.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to display any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and the compilation thereof (excluding User Content), are owned by InsyFeed or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The InsyFeed name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of InsyFeed. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

8.1 Free and Premium Services

InsyFeed offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features may require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

8.2 Billing and Renewal

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

8.3 Payment Methods

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the provided payment method for all fees incurred.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

16. Dispute Resolution

16.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, except where prohibited by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
